Yes — when installed using the recommended mounting method, Jollyglow™ is designed to stay securely in place while you enjoy your Christmas display.
Is It Difficult to Install?
Not at all. Simply shape your Jollyglow™, position it where you want it, secure it in place, connect the USB power, and choose your favorite lighting mode.
Shipping and returns
Shipping. Free on all orders. We process your order within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 7–12 business days after that. Order by December 1st to be sure it's on your balcony for Christmas.
Returns. 30 days from order for a refund, provided the return meets our refund policy — in short: unused, in the original packaging, and reported to us before you send anything back.
If it won't pair with your phone, message us before returning it. It's almost always a Bluetooth permission the phone didn't grant, and we'll sort it in a minute.

How do I place an order?
Add the product to the cart and check out. You'll get a confirmation email straight away with your order number — keep it, you'll need it to track the parcel. No account required.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed through a secure checkout — we never see or store your card details.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 7–12 business days after that. So expect it in roughly two to three weeks. Shipping is free on every order, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. If the set isn't what you expected, email us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions — see our full refund policy for the details.
Where is your order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Enter it on our Track Your Order page and you'll see exactly where the parcel is.
